Hi, I’m Sophie.

I’m a movement coach for high-performing women.

As a fitness instructor working with hundreds of women, I found that so many of my client’s were stretched thin between managing a career, a family, and trying to stay healthy. Many of them would start routines and end up falling off within a few weeks.

My mission became to find a way to help busy women build sustainable routines and habits that would ease the burden of finding time for self care.

I knew the gym wasn’t the answer. I used to struggle with figuring out what to do at the gym, I was bored out of my mind and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. My entire life changed when I started simplifying my routine and shifting my mindset on what movement could be.

What I found was the biggest block to success for most of us is integrating a flexible and efficient routine into daily life. Fitness can become as habitual and simple as brushing your teeth. I’m here to teach you the shifts to make this possible and provide you the tools and accountability to transform your relationship with movement.
