I’m a movement coach who believes movement is medicine.
As a yoga teacher and personal trainer who has worked with hundreds of people and all kinds of bodies, I found that so many people are stretched thin between managing a career, a family, and their own health. As a result, the inner work gets pushed to the side. The thing is, the inner work is the most important of it all.
My mission became to find a way to help busy people build sustainable and transformational daily routines that would ease the burden of finding time for self care.
I knew the gym wasn’t the answer. I used to struggle with figuring out what to do at the gym, I was bored out of my mind and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. My entire life changed when I started simplifying my routine and moving and breathing more efficiently.
What I found was the biggest block to consistency for most of us is integrating a flexible and efficient routine that doesn’t feel like a chore. Movement can become as habitual and simple as brushing your teeth. I’m here to teach you the shifts to make this possible and provide you the tools and accountability to transform your relationship with movement and to get strong, long and empowered.

After upgrading to Sophie's semi-private training program, I was able to develop a routine that totally changed my life. I got so much stronger and more confident over the 3 months we worked together, I lost 20lbs, and learned how to craft a wellness routine that I love.

I adore Sophie- she is thoughtful, prepared, and has a lovely way about her. She is attuned to her client’s needs and is able to think on her feet and adapt sessions to meet those needs. She is obviously well-trained and able to verbalize and demonstrate her training in way that connects with different levels of experience. My yoga sessions with her are a delight.
Sophie is absolutely incredible. She understands that wellness is a balance of mental and physical. Leveraging this knowledge, her classes can both motivate and evoke zen. I’m so grateful Sophie is my yoga teacher. She has been a positive influence in on my mental health. I would recommend her to anyone!
I just wanted to thank you for your time and focus with me during our workouts. I have had so many failed gym memberships and even other in-person trainers, but our virtual sessions give me the perfect balance of accountability with the convenience of working out in my own home.
