As a yoga teacher and personal trainer who has worked with hundreds of people and all kinds of bodies, I found that so many people are stretched thin between managing a career, a family, and their own health. As a result, the inner work gets pushed to the side. The thing is, the inner work is the most important of it all.
My mission became to find a way to help busy people build sustainable and transformational daily routines that would ease the burden of finding time for self care.
I knew the gym wasn’t the answer. I used to struggle with figuring out what to do at the gym, I was bored out of my mind and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. My entire life changed when I started simplifying my routine and moving and breathing more efficiently.
What I found was the biggest block to consistency for most of us is integrating a flexible and efficient routine that doesn’t feel like a chore. Movement can become as habitual and simple as brushing your teeth. I’m here to teach you the shifts to make this possible and provide you the tools and accountability to transform your relationship with movement and to get strong, long and empowered.
